Seabrook boulders & PI jetties
The following stories provide background on the opportunity to use boulders available at a site near Seabrook Station.  PIF continues to work with the MRBA, the Army Corps and our Federal Officials to create a viable plan to fund and execute the jetty repair.

Local officials call 10/4/11 trip to DC 'productive'
PIF President Marc Sarkady and Howard Marlowe joined local officials in separate meetings with US Army Corps of Engineers HQ, Senators Brown & Kerry and Rep. Tierney to discuss the need to repair the jetties. PIF played a key role in arranging the meetings.

PIF supports beach clean-up & trash removal
The Plum Island Foundation stepped up to fund beach clean-up and trash removal in 2011.  We plan to continue in 2012 and are funding the dumpster at center island.  Thank you to our volunteer trash collectors Max Handler & Joe Rolfe!
